Industrial Connectivity and Wiring Solutions

To address the needs for reliable wiring and high-density power distribution, DINKLE offers a comprehensive wiring solution that includes Circular Connectors, DIN rail Terminal Blocks, and PCB Terminal Blocks, supporting full-field applications from on-site connections to control and power distribution. DINKLE’s Circular Connectors feature a 360° fully shielded design and fully gold-plated contacts, enhancing signal transmission stability. With an IP68 rating, they are well-suited for high-humidity and high-vibration environments. Within DIN rail Terminal Blocks product line, the P-LUP series features an innovative lever mechanism that enables tool-free and effortless wiring. Additionally, DINKLE’s PCB Terminal Blocks are made with high-temperature insulation materials and include foolproof structures, making them ideal for complex electrical systems such as motors and control systems.

Power Management and System Protection

The showcased Power Supply units feature high efficiency and durability, delivering up to 90% full-load efficiency. They are equipped with built-in Power Factor Correction (PFC) and multiple protection mechanisms, support global voltage input, and operate across a wide temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, making them ideal for diverse industrial automation environments. Surge Protection Devices incorporate patented tripping technology and remote signaling functionality. With intuitive visual indicators providing real-time operational feedback, these solutions deliver safer and more reliable smart equipment protection.

Intelligent Control and Communication Connectivity

Facing the diverse communication architectures of automated equipment, Dinkle offers integrated solutions through modular design. Ethernet Switches provide multiple port configurations and optional PoE versions. The newly added BSP series includes DIP switches for quickly enabling QoS and BSP functions. Interface Modules utilize PID terminal blocks and standardized modular structures, supporting signal conversion and power distribution, with customized wiring options available.
