Taichung Industrial Automation Exhibition 2025 will be held from July 3rd to 7th at the Taichung International Exhibition Center，focusing on technologies such as automation equipment, smart manufacturing, and mechatronic integration. One of the highlights of this year's exhibition is the DIN Rail Terminal Blocks series, specifically designed for industrial control environments to provide a safe, efficient, and user-friendly wiring experience. DINKLE's patented P-LUP structure enables tool-free quick wiring, featuring an orange release button and an anti-vibration design to significantly reduce wiring time and enhance installation stability. The product line includes various connection types such as Screw Connection, Spring Clamp Connection, and Stud Connection, which offer wide wire gauge compatibility and strong vibration resistance to flexibly meet the needs of diverse control systems and customized applications. Regarding intelligent electricity management, Dinkle's Multi-Function Power Meter stands out as a key tool for modern power management with three major advantages: high-precision measurement, multi-parameter reading, and real-time communication. Equipped with multiple built-in alarm mechanisms, it can instantly report abnormalities in voltage, current, and frequency. Supporting Modbus RTU communication, it accurately transmits electricity data to management systems, enabling intelligent monitoring and early warning. Whether in industrial automation or renewable energy applications, this meter allows systematic control of power information to optimize energy allocation. In terms of data exchange for industrial control systems, Dinkle also showcased a series of unmanaged Ethernet switches. These products feature metal housings and flexible installation options, making them well-suited for a wide range of harsh environments and ensuring stable and reliable data transmission. The lineup includes PoE models designed for IP surveillance, as well as a new unmanaged BSP / QoS Ethernet switch series, allowing easy activation of Quality of Service (QoS) and Broadcast Storm Protection (BSP) functions, effectively managing network traffic and enhancing overall system efficiency. In terms of interface integration and signal management, DINKLE offers a wide range of module options. These include Signal Interface Modules for rapid I/O signal connections between in-panel devices and controllers, Distribution Modules that support efficient power line management and configuration, and Relay Modules that provide stable signal isolation and control output. These solutions enhance integration among industrial control devices, enabling real-time data accessibility and flexible configuration to create a more agile on-site control environment.
